All guest registrations are due by January 29, 2024.
Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
Walk-in registration will NOT be available for the 2024 event.
Night to Shine is on February 9th, 2024 from 7-10pm.
Registration, hair, makeup, and shoeshines start at 6:00. Please arrive between 6-7pm.
Location: Amarillo Civic Center in the North Exhibit Hall
Where to park: Park at the corner of 3rd Street and Buchanan, North of 3rd Street.
What doors to enter: Enter in door #3, on 3rd Street at the North end of the Civic Center.
Guests can dress as formal or as casual as they would like for Night to Shine.
Respite Room
As a new policy for 2024, at least one parent or caretaker must stay at the Civic Center during Night to Shine. Whoever is staying on site, must be listed as the emergency contact on the registration form.
There will be a Respite Room for parents and caretakers during the event, complete with food, door prizes and relaxing entertainment. Towards the end of the night, we will invite everyone from the respite room into the ballroom to watch our honored guests be crowned King or Queen of the prom!
There is a place on the registration form to indicate how many people and will be enjoying the respite room so we can plan for food. Please also provide the names of who will be enjoying the respite room.
