Guest Waitlist
GUEST REGISTRATION FOR NIGHT TO SHINE 2026 IS FULL. YOU MAY JOIN THE WAITLIST.
We have opened up a waitlist. If we have guests cancel, we will contact the next person on the waitlist.
We have been informed that the Night to Shine in Pampa, Texas has spots available. If you would like to sign-up for the Pampa event, please visit https://www.nighttoshinepampa.com/. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BOTH THE AMARILLO WAITLIST AND THE PAMPA EVENT.
We do have a few rules for guests who register off our waitlist. These rules are non-negotiable. It takes a lot of preparation to get everything prepared for our guests, and this is the only way that we are able to offer a waitlist. The rules are below.
- The full Guest Registration form must still be filled out. Click the button at the bottom of this page to register.
- We will contact you if a space for you opens up and you are able to attend.
- If the Guest has dietary allergies or any dietary needs, you will need to provide your own meal. All of our allergen meals have already been ordered and it is too late to add more.
- If the guest has significant health concerns or needs, a parent or caretaker will need to stay with them and serve as their buddy. We can give you an additional buddy to spend the evening with you, but we quickly run out of buddies who have experience with people with special needs.
Night to Shine is on February 13th, 2025 from 6:30-10pm.
Location: Amarillo Civic Center in the North Exhibit Hall
Where to park: Park at the corner of 3rd Street and Buchanan, North of 3rd Street.
What doors to enter: Enter in door #3, on 3rd Street at the North end of the Civic Center.
Guests can dress as formal or as casual as they would like for Night to Shine.
Respite Room
At least one parent or caretaker must stay at the Civic Center during Night to Shine. Whoever is staying on site, must be listed as the emergency contact on the registration form.
